Dan Stilwell, of
Freestyle Fitness, is giving
away 8 sessions of personal training, worth £280, to one lucky
visitor of the 2005 Riverside Festival.
If you are the lucky winner
you will meet Dan (after Monday 8th August) for an
initial consultation to discuss your goals, your current health,
activity levels and diet. Following the meeting Dan will write an
exercise programme, designed specifically to help you achieve your
personal objectives, and will offer nutritional advice to improve
your diet. You can then decide when you wish to take your 8 free
sessions.
Sessions will last one hour
and can be taken at any time between 7am-11pm, 7 days a week. They
may be taken more than once a week or as little as once a month.
Multiple sessions cannot be taken in a single day. All 8 hours must
be used by 8th April 2006.

on Friday 22nd July.

Only one entry per person. Winners
must be between the ages of 18-65. The winner can expect to be
treated the same as any paying client and has no priorities over
other clients. The winner must respect that the trainer reserves the
right to refuse working particular times/dates without explanation
or recompense. After the sessions have been used or expired there is
no obligation to continue working with the trainer. The trainer is
fully qualified and has £2m public liability insurance. Personal
details are protected by the data protection act and will not be
shared with a 3rd party.
